Baltimore police officer shot in the head, reports say; ‘armed suspect’ on loose

A Baltimore County, Baltimore police officer was shot Monday when he was investigating “suspicious activity, inch a local official said.

The official was shot in Perry Corridor, Sibel 45 reported. Councilman David Marks confirmed via Tweets the officer was shot yet said he had no further information on the incident.

There are reports that the officer was chance in the head but that could not have to get immediately confirmed. WBAL documented the officer has been “critically injured. ”

The county’s public safety department tweeted that police are searching for a good armed suspect in the area of Belair Street and Klausmeier Road, and inhabitants should shelter in place.
