Breastfeeding Mother Says Officials Took Her Baby At Immigrant Detention Center

A good undocumented immigrant from Honduras recounted a story of federal agents isolating her from her baby since she was breastfeeding, CNN reported Wed .

The unnamed woman said the girl was in an immigrant detention middle awaiting prosecution for illegally getting into the country when federal authorities required her daughter from her whilst she was trying to feed the girl. Attorney Natalia Cornelio, with the Tx Civil Rights Project, told CNN that in her interview using the migrant mother, the woman said the girl was handcuffed for resisting the particular separation.

Lawyer General Jeff Sessions  announced the family separation policy in-may   as a part of a “ zero-tolerance” crackdown on immigration towards the United States. President Donald Trump ’ h administration is taking children through parents who illegally enter the nation, inciting backlash from legal organizations and immigration activists.
