Ex-MLB Prospect Cut By Team After Video Of Him Beating Girlfriend Surfaces

A minor league baseball team within Pennsylvania released a player after a TELEVISION station posted video of him defeating his girlfriend   whenever he played on a Texas group, according to news  outlets .

The Lancaster Barnstormers fired outfielder Danry Vasquez right after KRIS-TV  demonstrated security camera video  through Aug. 2, 2016,   that will captured him repeatedly hitting a lady and pulling her hair.

“ There is no choice but to sever the connection , ” Ross Peeples, supervisor of the independent Lancaster team, stated on Facebook Wednesday. “ Nor I, nor the Barnstormers’ firm as a whole, can condone or keep company with that behavior. ”

The security cut (below) shows Vasquez attacking the girl in a stairwell at the stadium from the Class AA Corpus Christi Tow hooks, a Houston Astros affiliate, exactly where Vasquez had been a player.

The Astros released Vasquez, 24,   after the misuse, and Major League Baseball suspended him. He  played home in Venezuela after that, and resurfaced with the Barnstormers in the beginning of the year, The Washington Submit reported.

Vasquez was charged along with assault in the Texas attack, plus last week  completed a plea deal to dismiss the fees after paying a fine and consuming classes, Mark Gonzalez, the ag in Nueces County, Texas, informed KRIS.  

TMZ reported Thurs that Vasquez and the woman he or she abused  obtained engaged around Nov. “ She never excused their behavior, just loved him sufficient to believe they could move forward, ” a lawyer for Vasquez told the site.
