Giuliani Keeps Backpedaling On Cohen Comments: ‘Im Not An Expert On The Facts

Continuing a blustery media trip to clean up a series of comments he’ d made days ago that will contradicted his new client, Leader Jesse Trump ,   Rudy Giuliani made an appearance on Fox News on Saturday night to further explain his remarks.  

Giuliani, employed recently as Trump’ s prospect attorney for the investigation into The ussr meddling in the 2016 presidential selection, said within an explosive Wednesday interview   with Fox’ s Sean Hannity that the president had reimbursed their longtime personal lawyer,   Michael Cohen ,   for the $130, 000 hush transaction to adult film star  Stormy Daniels   shortly before the election.

The comments contradicted Trump’ s assertion last 30 days that he was completely in the dark about the payment. On Friday, Trump undercut Giuliani , saying his attorney experienced “ just started [on the job] yesterday, ” and might eventually “ get his details straight. ”

The former New York City gran appeared to echo his boss’ emotions on Saturday.

“ The monthly bill was paying down the particular expenditures… it was not a loan, ” Giuliani said. “ Some of it had been for taxes, some of it was to get incidental expenses, it covered items that might come up. ”

Giuliani furthermore told the Post that inspite of the firestorm over his comments, Trump was not angry with him.   “ He said he loves me , ”   Giuliani mentioned.
