‘Hero’ son of ex-England footballer dies

The “hero” son associated with former England football captain Terry Butcher has died, his family members have confirmed.

Ex-Army Capt Christopher Butcher, who experienced served in Afghanistan, died upon Monday morning.

Launching the death on Facebook, their younger brother Ed described your pet as a “hero” and said he or she was the “best brother” he could have experienced.

“His death offers hit the entire family hard, inch Mr Butcher, who lives in Southampton, added.

Capt Butcher, who was 35, got served with the Royal Artillery.

‘Never be forgotten’

His father, previous Ipswich Town and Rangers defense Terry Butcher, who lives in Suffolk, has previously voiced his satisfaction in his son’s military service.

“The family are jointly and we will release the dates from the funeral in due time, inch Ed Butcher said. “We understand how greatly he was loved plus we’re sorry that we can’t contact every person who knew him to inform them.

“Chris you had been my hero, you were my best friend and you also were someone I would throw personally in the way of a truck for.

“This is for you and thank you for all you ever taught me and I can miss you for the rest of my life however, you will never be forgotten. ”

On his Facebook biography, Capt Butcher had written: “Left the Military and now just a moody bitter veterinarian. ”
