Man used hunting knife in brutal slaying at Massachusetts library, authorities say

A man choose a hunting knife stabbed a female to death Saturday inside a general public library in Massachusetts, authorities stated.

When police arrived, they discovered that an elderly man also have been stabbed, Boston’s Fox 25 reported .

“There were three to four police cars right here, there was an ambulance and there was clearly a woman taken out, ” Russ Wirklich, a Winchester resident, told the particular station.

The believe — identified as Jeffrey Yao, twenty three — allegedly approached the 22-year-old woman from behind as the lady was seated at a table within the reading room of Winchester Community Library, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Thomas said.

The blade was said to be ten inches long and the suspect apparently stabbed the woman multiple times.

The suspect was charged along with murder and armed assault along with intent to murder, the news release stated. He was being held without bail and was expected to appear in courtroom Monday.
