Minnesota teen drives into building while taking road test

A 17-year-old girl went into a building while taking the girl driver’ s license exam within Buffalo, Minnesota Wednesday afternoon.  

Based on police, the 17-year-old Monticello female was taking her road check when she inadvertently put the automobile in drive instead of reverse. Whenever she accelerated, the car moved forwards over the curb and struck house housing the exam station workplace.  

The 60-year-old licenses examiner who had been in the vehicle at the time was delivered to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No one else has been injured.  

Police said the effect caused significant damage to the vehicle as well as the building.  

The driver will not be charged.
