Nate Berkus Has Perfect Response To Duggar Family Member’s Homophobia

Nate Berkus inadvertently found himself the topic of a heated social media debate a week ago after reality TV star Derick Dillard   assailed him and his family members in a shocking tweet.  

Dillard, who appears on TLC’ h “ Counting On ” and it is married to Jill Duggar Dillard of “ 19 Kids plus Counting ” fame, retweeted a link last Friday to Berkus’ s i9000 show,   “ Nate & Jeremiah Simply by Design , ” which will be aired on on the same network.   The interior style series is a collaboration between Berkus and his husband, Jeremiah Brent .

Dillard, nevertheless , blasted the show for “ highlighting and celebrating a life-style so degrading to children. ” He seemed particularly offended that will Berkus and Brent’ s girl, Poppy Brent-Berkus , is featured in marketing images for the show’ s 2nd season, which debuted April seven on TLC.
