Ohio teen crushed to death by minivan seat was ‘funny, smart and positive,’ family says

The teenager disastrously killed Tuesday after he had been crushed to death by a minivan seat was remembered by their family as being “ funny, intelligent and positive. ”

Kyle Luxurious, 16, of Cincinnati, Ohio, known as 911 at least twice Tuesday mid-day while he was strapped within the 2004 Honda Odyssey minivan outdoors Seven Hills School in Madisonville. The teenager was found unconcerned in the minivan hours later with a family member.

Plush’ s parents, Ron plus Jill, released a statement concerning their son Friday night. The fogeys called him “ unforgettable” plus asked for privacy as they said their particular goodbyes to the teen.

“ We would like to talk about a few words about our outstanding son. Kyle embraced life having a passion far beyond his many years, ” the family said. “ We all thank God for sharing your pet with us for over 16 years yet we so desperately wish he or she was here today. ”

They additional: “ Anyone who ever encountered Kyle knows he lit up an area with his larger than life, funny, wise and positive personality with  inclusion  of all. His friends know your pet as a leader with incredible possible that kept them laughing with his humor and innovative mind. He is memorable and we, as a family, will make sure he or she is never forgotten. ”

911 DISPATCHER WHO ANSWERED CONTACT FROM BOY CRUSHED BY MINIVAN SEAT COMPLAINED ABOUT JOB TIMES BEFORE INCIDENT 

During Plush’ s first phone call to 911, he told the dispatcher to inform his mom he loved the girl if he died.

“ I’ m going to die here, ” the teenager told the dispatcher. “ I probably don’ to have much time left. Tell my friend I love her if I die. ”

Luxurious suffocated after he became stuck under the third-row seat that turned and pinned him while he or she was trying to reach his golf equipment. The teenager told 911 operators where he was located yet authorities were not able to find your pet. Police said Amber Smith, the particular 911 operator who answered Plush’ s second call, failed to exchange information to the additional officers who had been at the scene.

During the call, Plush told Smith the call was not a joke.

The city’ s 911 center has had 5 directors in the past four years as well as its budget was cut $400, 500 since 2016. Records showed the middle needed 17 dispatchers and fifteen operators, the paper reported.
