Pence neighbors in Aspen hang ‘Make America Gay Again’ banner

It’s been stated that good fences make good neighbours. But in Aspen, Colo., this week, Vice President Mike Pence has different things posted between his vacation accommodations and that of the people next door.

Particularly, it’s a rainbow banner reading “ Make America Gay Again. ” It appeared on a stone pillar in front of the house where Pence great wife are staying this week.  

The particular daughters of the couple across the street then one of their girlfriends reportedly draped the particular rainbow banner on the pillar whilst a Pitkin County deputy plus Secret Service members stood close by, the particular Aspen Times reported . The particular stone pillar is situated at the end of the particular driveway between the two homes.  

Based on the Times, the Secret Service agents had been unfazed when the women draped the particular banner over the pillar, telling all of them, “ We’ re not right here to control your free speech legal rights. ”

The women reportedly grew to become less timid afterward, and later on brought out chili and corn muffins for the county deputies and Key Service agents who were stationed on the foot of the driveway.
