Retired 4-Star Army General Calls Trump A ‘Serious Threat To National Security’

Retired four-star Army Gen. Craig McCaffrey has slammed President Donald Trump as a “ severe threat to U. S. nationwide security” for his failure to safeguard the nation from “ active Ruskies attacks. ”

McCaffrey accused Trump in a tweet Friday of being “ under the sway” of Russian Chief executive Vladimir Putin” for some “ unidentified reason. ”

The highly embellished McCaffrey is a military analyst meant for NBC News and president associated with his own consulting firm, BR McCaffrey Affiliates . He was the director from the Office of National Drug Manage Policy under President Bill Clinton from 1996 to 2001.

Trump has been mysteriously silent on provocations from Russia .  

Early this particular month,   Putin boasted associated with his nation’ s nuclear weaponry capabilities . A simulated video clip he presented appeared to depict next-generation nuclear missiles  striking Florida . Trump has yet to respond.

Final month, Adm. Michael Rogers, mind of the National Security Agency plus U. S. Cyber Command, informed the Senate Armed Services Panel   that will Trump had not given him any kind of authority to take action against    Russian cyber attacks.

The Trump management approved several Russians and Russian agencies on Thursday meant for interfering in the U. S. president election and cyber attacks.   But critics derided the action as too little too late.
