Suspected Islamic extremist ricin attack plot foiled in Germany, prosecutors say

Regulators said a 29-year-old Tunisian, recognized only as Sief Allah L., was taken into custody Wed after an investigation uncovered he had obtained the materials needed to create ricin in mid-May and even succeeded within creating the toxin earlier this particular month.
