Vermont boy reels in record-breaking carp

A 10-year-old who reeled in a giant carp says this individual knew it was a record contender just before he ever got it ashore.

Run after Stokes’ fish did indeed fixed a state record in Vermont. This weighed in at 33. twenty five pounds.
