Conan O’Brien jabs Donald Trump, announces he’s taking his show to Haiti

Following statements apparently made by president Trump about the country of Haiti, comedian Conan O’ Brien is responding by getting his show to the Caribbean nation next week.

Reps for the star showed Fox News that his well-known TBS late-night talk show “ Conan” will be heading to Haiti in a few days as part of his “ Conan With out Borders” banner. O’ Brien often takes his show out of the Los Angeles home and on to other areas of the world including New York, San Diego, Cuba, Armenia, South Korea, Mexico, Bremen, Qatar and Israel.

O’ Brien himself introduced the news on Twitter having a jab at the president and the current comments he reportedly gave regarding Haiti in which he lumped this in with other nations as “ s—hole countries. ”

“ Still reeling from @realDonaldTrump’ s very damaging Yelp review of Haiti, which means I’ ll love it. Headed to Haiti afterwards this week to explore and make some brand new friends. Stay tuned for my survey. #ConanWithoutBorders. ”

Over the summer, TBS professionals said they were kicking around the concept of changing the entire format of “ Conan” to accommodate more trips all over the world in exchange for either a shorter show runtime or fewer episodes each week. However , according to Deadline individuals plans were tabled in favor of maintaining the longest-working late-night host within the same format.

No air date with regard to “ Conan” in Haiti continues to be announced as of yet.
