Florida man arrested after punching ATM for ‘giving him too much money’

The Florida man was arrested Fri after he reportedly punched a good ATM because it “ was offering him too much money” during a good incident in November.

Michael Frederick Oleksik, 23, was charged along with criminal mischief after Wells Fargo requested Cocoa Police press fees against the man.

Law enforcement told Florida Today that Oleksik was noticed on surveillance footage “ position at the ATM, pummeling the digital teller’ s touch screen on November. 29. ”

He then reportedly called Water wells Fargo and apologized for the harm done to the teller machine, yet said he was “ upset the ATM was giving your pet too much money and he did not know what to undertake. ”

Oleksik’s actions caused at least $5, 000 in damages, FOX13 reported .

The Wells Fargo branch in Cacao, Fla., requested that police push charges against Oleksik, who was reserved into the Brevard County Jail.
