“ Barack and am are thrilled to congratulate The particular Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on their newest arrival! ” Michelle Obama wrote on her Instagram and Twitter accounts. “ Hopefully to meet him soon for a Kensington Palace pajama party. I’ lmost all wear my robe! ”
The message was accompanied by a photograph of the Obamas seeing Prince George in his white robe and pjs:
The regal baby boy was born at 11: 01 a. m. local time Mon in London. The duke and duchess introduced their particular son to the planet on the steps of St . Mary’ s Hospital about seven hrs later. At the time, the boy’ s i9000 name had not been announced.
The previous first lady’ s request for the pajama party doesn’ t appear too out of the the question, as Michelle has said before that she enjoyed the sleepover at Buckingham Structure in 2016.
“ They hosted us for your state dinner. When you’ lso are the guest country you remain at Buckingham Palace, ” the girl said on “ The Past due Show” that year. “ I do remember ordering french fries on the palace. They were good. They were some great fries. ”
It seems the Obamas switch off congratulating the royals, as it was the previous president who wrote to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle (on social media, anyway) after the 2 got engaged:
Fans from the Obamas and the royals will have to wait around a little while for their next sighting jointly, as the Obamas are not invited to the royal wedding (and neither are the Trumps or any some other political leaders).
When this particular pajama party does occur, ideally there are some photographers around so that supporters have some adorable evidence.
