Missouri mother watched home burn down with her four sons inside: ‘She lost everything’

The Missouri mother was heard shouting as her home burned lower with her four children stuck inside.

Tina Brazil, of River Ozark, was on her way house early Thursday unsuspecting that a open fire erupted inside the house, the  Kansas City Star   reported.

Her neighbor Eddie Helt och h?llet, 81, said he had has spouse call 911 when he uncovered smoke. He tried to enter the house but the heat pushed him fifteen feet back.

The neighbor said this individual saw Brazil drive up to the house with her boyfriend Mike Andrews as the fire lashed. He remembered the mother going “ berserk” because she knew her children – Tyler Otto, 14; Cason Otto, 8; Max Otto, 5; plus Levi Otto, 4; were in the residence.

“ My children! My kids! My children! ” Helt recalled the distraught woman shouting. The neighbor mentioned it took five firefighters in order to restrain Andrews and keep her through entering the home.

“They always had smiles on the faces, ” she said. “ They could turn anything into a great time. They just had minds of gold. ”

Brazil’ s sibling, Angie Lawrence, said the mother is definitely “ heartbroken. ”

“ She dropped everything. They were her life, ” Lawrence said. “ Our lives will never be going to be the same without them. inch

Once the paper asked if Brazil remaining the children at the residence alone, Lawrence said, “ Honestly, I just wish to leave that out because I actually don’ t want her to know the criticism. … She has experienced enough. ”

The state of Missouri will not “ stipulate how old children must be in order to be left home by yourself. ”
