“ Just a industry interview, no arrest unless he or she becomes an asshole with your men, ” Clarke texted a mouthpiece, according to a screenshot obtained by FBI. “ Question to get him is why he said everything to me. Why didn’ t he simply keep his mouth shut? ”
After Black exited issues the plane he was met by 6 deputies and two police canines, questioned, and escorted out of the airport terminal, according to the affidavit. The affidavit had been originally filed in March to acquire a search warrant to access Clarke’ s i9000 emails.
An investigation of the occurrence by the Audit Services Division from the Milwaukee County controller’ s workplace determined that Clarke had “ used his official position because sheriff of Milwaukee County more than his lawful authority to immediate his deputies to stop and query Black without legal justification, ” the affidavit stated. Still, federal government prosecutors informed Clarke’ s lawyer in May that they weren’ capital t going to pursue charges against him over the incident.
On Sunday, Clarke lashed out in several twitter posts about “ libs, ” “ lib media” and “ bogus news” following the stories about the affidavit. The “ tasting blood” twitter update included a photoshopped image of Trump holding a wrestler labeled “ CNN” who was being kicked hard by a smiling, photoshopped Clarke.
“ When LYING LIB MEDIA comprises FAKE NEWS to smear myself, the ANTIDOTE is go here at them, ” Clarke tweeted. “ Punch them in the nose & MAKE THEM TASTE THEIR OWN BLOOD. ”
He later tweeted: “ Nothing can beat getting under the skin of lefties like I did today. ” He or she warned “ libs” to “ bring a hard hat, ” mainly because “ I’ m going to slap you around until you crawl to your mom’ s basement. ”

Twitter did not immediately react to a request for comment about the notice posted by Clarke or regardless of whether it was legitimate.

In fact , the particular letter said that a decision had been produced “ not to criminally prosecute any kind of civil rights offenses” against Clarke using “ the only federal sculpture likely available to us” because of issues that such a case would be hard to prove “ beyond a reasonable question. ” The letter warns, nevertheless , that the “ decision could modify if additional information came to light. ”
The FBI sought access to Clarke’ s emails because agents considered he either personally attacked Dark in posts on the Milwaukee Region Sheriff Facebook page, or motivated his staff to do so, according to the affidavit.
A civil rights lawsuit simply by Black is still pending against Clarke.
Clarke, who spoke at the His party National Convention in July 2016, infamously encouraged Trump supporters to consider up “ pitchforks and torches ” shortly before the 2016 presidential election because the system had been “ rigged” against the GOP nominee. He has also called members of the Dark Lives Matter movement “ creeps. ”
