Trump: Flynn’s life ‘destroyed’ while Comey allowed to ‘Leak and Lie’

Leader Trump defended his former Nationwide Security Adviser Michael Flynn earlier Friday, saying his life continues to be “ totally destroyed” while “ shadey” James Comey can “ Leak and Lie” and create “ lots of money” from their “ third rate book. ”

Flynn was back in the headlines right away after the release of the Comey memos that documented the fired F director’s conversations with Trump, many of which covered Flynn.  

In one memo, Comey wrote that Trump said Flynn had “serious judgment issues. inch

Yet Trump on Friday kept their criticism trained squarely on Comey, who is blanketing the airwaves within promotion of his tell-all guide “ A Higher Loyalty. ”

“ Therefore General Michael Flynn’ s lifestyle can be totally destroyed while Shadey James Comey can Leak plus Lie and make lots of money from the third rate book (that should not have been written). Is that really the method life in America is supposed to work? We don’ t think so! ” Trump tweeted.  

Flynn served as Trump’ ersus first national security adviser within January and early February 2017, before being forced to resign right after White House officials said he previously misled them and Vice Leader Pence about whether he had talked about sanctions with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Flynn, a retired three-star Military general, is in deep financial difficulty, as his legal bills attach to defend himself in Special Advice Robert Mueller’ s investigation. Loved ones have said that Flynn is promoting his house in Virginia with the asking price of $895, 000 to assist pay for his legal bills. Flynn’ s siblings have also set up the best defense fund for him, to gather donations from supporters.


Flynn pleaded responsible on Dec. 1, 2017 in order to false statements to the FBI regarding his communications with Russia included in Mueller’ s investigation into Ruskies meddling and potential collusion along with Trump campaign associates during the 2016 presidential election.  

Mueller’ s group has sought to delay his sentencing , and is expected to file one more joint-status report by May one, following a special counsel motion upon Feb. 1, 2018 suggesting they will did not “ believe that this issue is ready to be scheduled for a sentencing hearing at this time. ”  

The hold off was one of several curious developments within the proceedings. Days after accepting their guilty plea, the judge designated to the case, U. S. Area Court for the District of Columbia Judge Rudolph Contreras, recused themselves from the case, and was changed by Judge Emmett Sullivan.

A courtroom spokesperson told Fox News that this courts do not disclose grounds meant for recusal.

But last month, Fox Information obtained text messages between anti-Trump F officials Peter Strzok and Mack Page, which suggested Strzok plus Contreras had a personal relationship. The written text messages also revealed a discussion between Strzok and Page talking about Contreras and “ recusal, ” noting the judge sat to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC. )


At the same time, this week, Comey has appeared upon multiple networks to promote his memoir. Comey has compared Trump to some “ mob boss” and a good “ obsessive ex-boyfriend, ” and it has said that he is “ morally unsuitable to be president. ”

Also on Thurs, the seven memos created by Comey to document his conversations along with Trump in 2017 were carried, in a redacted form, by the Proper rights Department to the House Committees to the Judiciary, Intelligence, and Oversight.

Trump messaged that the memos, obtained and examined by Fox News, laid out there was “ NO COLLUSION” plus “ NO OBSTRUCTION. ”

“ Wayne Comey Memos just out and possess clearly that there was NO COLLUSION and NO OBSTRUCTION. Also, he leaked out classified information. WOW! Will the particular Witch Hunt continue? ” Trump tweeted Thursday night.

Comey leaked the particular contents of some memos, that have portions redacted due to classified info, to his friend, Columbia Regulation Professor Daniel Richman. Comey accepted in Senate testimony last year which he wanted Richman to leak the particular memos to the press to encourage the appointment of a special advice.
